FAQ
1. What does permission-based mean?
Permission-based means that the recipient has opted-in to receive the newsletter. Opt-in can occur either via a sign-up form on a web site, at a point-of-sale sign-up form, or on a physical sign-up sheet. Any opt-in form should include a clear description of what will be sent and how often it will be sent.
2. What if we do not have a current list of opt-in newsletter subscribers?
We can help you build a list via a sign-up form on your web site or a mailing to recipients who have requested to receive content from your organization.
3. How can we be sure that our clients' contact information is kept confidential?
Clients Interactive is committed to protecting your privacy, as well as the privacy of your clients. We will never sell, rent or distribute your information, or your clients' information, unless ordered by a court of law. Your clients' information is encrypted along with your credit card information, and your usernames and passwords.
4. How often are the newsletters sent?
The basic service sends a newsletter every month. We recommend that you maintain at least monthly contact with your clients. Studies show that financial professionals who maintain regular contact with their clients build stronger relationships.
5. What does compliance ready mean?
We develop the content of the newsletters with the spirit of NASD and SEC rules and guidelines in mind to make it easier for your communications to receive compliance approval. For example, we do not make specific recommendations that would require additional disclosure documentation. Of course, the ultimate responsibility for complying with applicable rules and guidelines lies with the client.
6. Is the service available outside of the U.S?
Yes, however, the newsletters are currently only available in English.
