Each newsletter is produced with a standard 4-step process.
Set Up and List Management
We work with you in a 15 minute phone consultation to prepare your client list and customize your newsletter format. To get going, we will need an electronic version of your logo, a brief introductory note to your clients and the list of clients that will receive the newsletter. Our system has safeguards in place to protect your clients' confidentiality and contact preferences.
Newsletter Preparation
Each month, we develop proprietary and timely content that is appropriate for your client base. We then assemble the newsletter and customize it for your firm. We send it to you for final review and approval.
System Loading and Delivery
Once you approve the newsletter, we load it into the system and set the date and time for delivery. The system will automatically send the email at the appointed time.
Tracking and Analysis
The system tracks delivery success, open rates and click through statistics. We pull all of that information together for you and provide a quarterly report along with recommendations for improvements. This is also the stage for updating your client list based on preferences, delivery success and address changes.Here's what you do:
